Our range of diagnostic equipment includes:

• Radiography – We have an x ray machine to take quality radiographs of small animals and horses.
• Endoscopy – We have a small endoscope which enables us to examine the upper digestive tract and airways in a non-invasive fashion.
• Vetscan biochemistry analyser - Allows us to perform some blood tests in house. This can be critical in the evenings and during the weekend when the veterinary laboratories are closed.
• Microscope - Good use is made of the practice microscope for examining everything from faecal samples to skin scrapings.
• Ultrasound - we have a portable ultrasound that we can use for both small and large animal work. It is useful for pregnancy diagnosis as well as heart and abdominal scans of animals
