It is really important to us that we put animals first therefore we make available a range of payment options.
Companion animals
We prefer that all routine consultations and surgeries are paid for on the day the animal visits.
All shop items must also be paid for at the time of purchase. For your convenience we have facilities for Cash, Cheques, Eftpos and accept both Visa and MasterCard.
However we understand that things can occur unexpectedly and therefore we have an arrangement with GE Finance Care Cover. They can rapidly provide the funds for you to enable your pet to receive full surgical or medical care, subject to normal credit criteria.
Farm and Horse Visits
These visits are billed at the end of the month and payment is expected within 7 days.
